Dubai-based Yuwab is a coaching platform that connects executives, individuals and whole organisations with a network of certified coaches, wrapped in a dashboard for managing sessions. Its enterprise offer spans individual leadership coaching, team coaching and organisational work on culture and employee engagement, delivered through tiered packages from 'Starter' to 'Executive'.
Leadership burnout and employee engagement have become board-level concerns, and enterprises are increasingly willing to pay for structured coaching rather than one-off workshops. Yuwab is betting the Middle East corporate market is ready to treat coaching as a managed, measurable service.
Founder and CEO Saeed Alghafri, a former CEO of Emirates Steel, built Yuwab out of his own experience with executive pressure and burnout, which led him to pursue certifications in wellbeing, resilience and emotional intelligence — and to qualify as a yoga instructor.
Alghafri brings over two decades in the UAE's manufacturing and oil & gas sectors, giving him a first-hand read on the pressures enterprise clients face; he has also founded Oloaa, a healthy snack company, signalling a broader commitment to wellbeing.
