Tucuvi

Tucuvi is a Madrid-based HealthTech company building certified voice AI for clinical care management. Its platform uses AI agents such as LOLA to run secure phone conversations with patients, automate nursing follow-up and care-coordination workflows, and escalate to clinicians when needed, with Class IIb Software as a Medical Device approval in Europe. Founded in 2019, Tucuvi works with dozens of healthcare organisations on post-surgical follow-up, chronic-disease management, preoperative assessments and related pathways. In January 2026 it raised a €17 million ($20 million) Series A led by Cathay Innovation and KFund (Leadwind), with Frontline Ventures, Seaya Ventures and Shilling, to scale in Europe and the US.
