Tandem is used by thousands of care organisations, from individual GP practices and clinics to hospital wards and larger providers, integrates with well over 100 health record systems and is live across more than ten European markets, including the UK, Nordics and DACH region. Trust and compliance are central to the offer: the AI scribe, coding assistant and decision support are CE marked as EU MDR Class IIa medical devices, the company reports GDPR, ISO 13485, ISO 27001 and NHS DSPT compliance, patient data is stored and processed in European data centres, and conversation audio is never stored.

Tandem sells its software to healthcare providers on a subscription basis, with a free trial and demo-led onboarding and customer stories from clinics and surgeries. It competes in the ambient clinical documentation and healthcare AI market, differentiating on European languages and regulation, certified medical-device status and deep integration with local record systems.
