NeuralTrust is a Barcelona AI-security company that helps enterprises discover, secure and govern AI agents and LLM applications. Founded in 2022 by CEO Joan Vendrell Farreny and CTO Victor Garcia (with COO Alejandro Domingo), NeuralTrust’s platform combines TrustGate (an agent gateway that brokers model and tool traffic), TrustGuard (runtime detection that stops prompt injection, data leakage and tool hijacks) and TrustLens (posture management that inventories agents and tracks behaviour). In June 2026 NeuralTrust raised a $20 million seed—described by the company as Europe’s largest cybersecurity seed—led by Alstin Capital, with VentureFriends, Seaya, Kibo Ventures, Banc Sabadell, EA Ventures Plug and Play Fund and Finaves (IESE), alongside public support from the European Innovation Council and Spain’s AEI, to deepen product integration, expand engineering and grow across Europe from Barcelona and London.
