Mnzil

Mnzil is a Saudi Arabian proptech company providing an end-to-end co-living and transportation platform for blue-collar workers. Founded in 2024 by CEO Abdulmajeed Al-Babtain and co-founder Abdulrahman Al-Shaya, the company offers tech-powered, affordable housing solutions at scale. Mnzil operates a hybrid business model that includes subleasing, building new facilities, and a consumer-to-business (C2B) marketplace, which helps corporate clients house and transport their workforce without operational complexities while creating income streams for real estate owners.

The platform combines real estate, transportation, and catering to streamline workforce accommodation. It serves over 100 corporate clients, including prominent names like Amazon, Nestlé, Smasco, and Sixt. Operationally, Mnzil manages an expanding network of over 60 fully equipped buildings across more than 13 cities in Saudi Arabia, redefining living standards for workers.

In a significant milestone for the company and the Saudi startup ecosystem, Mnzil raised $11.7 million in a Series A funding round in November 2025. The round was led by the US-based Founders Fund, marking its first-ever lead investment in Saudi Arabia, with participation from COTU Ventures and Waad Investment. The company plans to use the capital to scale its operational footprint, including the development of a 22,000-square-meter site for six new worker-housing buildings in partnership with local landowners.
