After a €1.3 million pre-seed from High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and angels and a €6.5 million seed led by Acton Capital in May 2025, JUPUS in June 2026 raised a €13 million Series A led by Semapa Next, with NRW.BANK joining via NRW.Venture and existing backers Acton Capital and HTGF participating. Capital expands AI capabilities and presence among small and mid-sized European law firms.
