SEA full-stack insurtech OS — AI product, distribution and claims for insurers and platforms MoreLess
Igloo is a Singapore-headquartered full-stack insurtech building the AI-native operating system for insurance across Southeast Asia. Founded in 2016, it partners with insurers and platforms to configure, distribute and manage digital insurance products, processing over 100 million policies per month and more than 1.6 billion cumulative policies, with 100+ partners including Chubb, MSIG, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, GCash and Telkomsel. Operations span Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia, with tech centres in China and India. The company has raised more than US$100 million from Eurazeo, Openspace Ventures, Cathay Innovation, BlueOrchard and others.
In June 2026 Igloo acquired Eazy Digital (Thailand/Asia insurer–broker SaaS; founder Harprem Doowa joining as Country Head of Igloo Thailand and Head of Tech Solutions APAC), its second major Thailand move within 12 months after the 2025 joint venture with JMT Network Services (Jaymart Group) to build a digital insurer. The deal folds Eazy’s clients and Thailand team into Igloo Tech Solutions, which licenses modular product configuration, underwriting, distribution and claims tooling to compress insurer launch cycles from months to days.
