NovaBridge Biosciences (Nasdaq: NBP), formerly I-Mab, is a Rockville, Maryland-based global biotechnology platform company focused on accelerating access to innovative medicines. Founded in 2016 in Shanghai by Dr. Jingwu Zang, the company divested its China operations in 2024, relocated to the US, and changed its name from I-Mab to NovaBridge Biosciences in October 2025, when its ADSs began trading under the ticker NBP. Its lead candidate, givastomig, is a Claudin 18.2 x 4-1BB bispecific antibody co-developed with ABL Bio for HER2-negative, CLDN18.2-positive gastric and gastroesophageal cancer; it entered a global randomized Phase 2 study in February 2026 and received FDA Fast Track designation in June 2026. The pipeline also includes VIS-101, a bifunctional VEGF-A/ANG2 inhibitor held by subsidiary Visara, the PD-L1 x 4-1BB bispecific ragistomig (with ABL Bio), and ex-China rights to the anti-CD73 antibody uliledlimab.
