Its revenue is generated through software licensing and a percentage from each facilitated trip. HaulHub's cloud-based software suite digitizes the entire construction material supply chain, from ordering and transportation management to digital ticketing and payroll automation. The platform offers real-time GPS tracking of trucks and materials, automated scheduling, and data analytics, replacing inefficient paper-based workflows.

A key product is the EDOT platform, which began as an e-Ticketing solution and has since expanded to a comprehensive suite for public works project management. This platform is now used by nearly 40 state transportation agencies and integrates with systems like AASHTOWare Project to create a single source of data for construction materials. The platform's features include tools for work zone safety, digital material submittals, compliance reporting, and the creation of digital as-builts by connecting with data from machinery on site. It also provides an analytics solution that offers insights into fleet efficiency, job site costs, and wait times, enabling data-driven decision-making.
