Angell Mobility, founded in 2018 by Marc Simoncini, is a French company positioned in the urban mobility sector with its electronically assisted bicycles. Simoncini, a prominent French entrepreneur and the mind behind the dating site Meetic, ventured into the e-bike market after identifying a gap for a high-end, technologically integrated bicycle designed for city life. The company's first model was designed by the French designer Ora-ïto, with development and engineering led by Jules Trecco.

These e-bikes are marketed as a sustainable and stylish alternative to cars for urban commuting. For safety, the bike is equipped with integrated high-visibility lights, turn signals that vibrate the handlebars, and an anti-theft system that includes a high-intensity alarm and geo-location tracking. The removable battery offers a range of up to 70 kilometers. The company has also developed a children's bike, the Mini Angell, which maintains the design aesthetic of the adult version. In early 2023, Angell formed a partnership with the automotive brand MINI to release two limited-edition models, the MINI E-Bike 1 in Ocean Wave Green and Vibrant Silver.
