Gorodinski brought significant technical expertise to the venture from his previous role as VP of Engineering at Jet.com, where he developed scalable software architecture later acquired by Walmart. The company went to market in 2022 and has since reported significant growth, including a 10x increase in its customer base in 2023.

Alvys' business model is subscription-based, with pricing tiers determined by the number of loads managed per month. The platform is designed as an all-in-one solution, unifying carrier and brokerage operations on a single dashboard to eliminate the need for multiple, fragmented systems. Key features include automated load creation, drag-and-drop dispatching, real-time tracking and tracing, an IFTA tax calculator, and a mobile application for drivers to manage documents and communications. The system integrates with over 120 third-party partners, including electronic logging devices (ELDs), load boards, fuel cards, and accounting software like QuickBooks. By unifying data and automating manual processes, Alvys aims to help clients reduce overhead, increase load volume, and improve overall operational efficiency.
